EXCHANGE POLICY – HARDEX

All sales at HARDEX are final. We do not offer any returns or refunds on any products.

Our exchange policy is valid for 72 hours (3 days) from the date of delivery. If you wish to exchange your product, you must raise a request within this period through our Exchange Portal:

Once the product is picked up from your end, we will inspect it and proceed with the exchange. The new product will be shipped to your provided address.

Exchanges are limited to one per order only. Multiple exchanges will not be accepted.

Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for exchange. In case an exchange is still approved, the discount will not be applicable, and the product will be treated at its original price.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with proper proof. After verification, we will arrange an exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

All exchanges are subject to a ₹99 pickup and handling fee, which will be charged during the exchange process.

HARDEX reserves the right to deny exchanges if the returned product does not meet our quality check standards (unused, unwashed, with original packaging).
