In case of any pricing or listing error, HARDEX reserves the right to cancel such orders.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

All orders placed on HARDEX are subject to acceptance.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

HARDEX reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Unavailability of stock

5. PAYMENT TERMS

We offer multiple payment options, including:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Cards

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. HARDEX does not store your sensitive payment information.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. FAILED DELIVERY & INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

In case of:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be provided
  • Exchanges are allowed within 72 hours of delivery
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted
  • A ₹99 pickup fee is applicable on all exchanges

Products purchased during sales or discounts are not eligible for exchange. If an exchange is approved, the discount will not be applicable.

9. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide proper proof (images/videos)

After verification, an exchange will be arranged.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Designs
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Text

Is the exclusive property of HARDEX and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
