1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement
- Orders are processed on business days (excluding public holidays)
- Once processed, your order is prepared for dispatch
2. SHIPPING TIME
- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days across India
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Logistics issues
- Weather conditions
- Remote locations
- Unforeseen circumstances
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.
There are no additional shipping charges for any purchases.
4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders
- Orders may be confirmed via call or message before dispatch
HARDEX reserves the right to refuse COD service for repeated fake or non-serious orders.
5. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS
- Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking link
6. FAILED DELIVERY
In case of:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address
- Failure to accept delivery
The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping will only be processed after additional charges are paid by the customer.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order is:
- Delayed beyond expected delivery time
- Marked as delivered but not received
Please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
8. PACKAGING
All HARDEX orders are securely packed in premium packaging to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.
9. SERVICEABLE AREAS
We currently ship across India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
